Financial Additions has a HYBRID 6+month consulting assignment for a Sr. Tax Accountant or Tax Manager. This is an deal role for a tax accountant between jobs or a consultant looking for a longer term project. Position in based in Plano, TX.
Responsibilities include:
Review federal, state, and international tax returns (prepared by accounting firm); prepare tax filings that can be completed in-house
Work with quarterly and year-end tax provision and tax account balance reconciliations of international subsidiaries
Maintain tax depreciation, control logs of deliverables and compliance requirements
Research complex federal, state, and international tax for a broad range of issues
Qualifications include:
4+ years as Sr. Tax Accountant or 2+ years in a Tax Accountant role plus Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance - CPA highly preferred
Experience in international tax concepts
Experience in multinational and sophisticated structures, and fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
MS Office (advanced Excel), Oracle, Hyperion, Workivia Track Record
Experience in the consumer products industry a plus
