Job Description
Financial Additions is assisting a Global Real Estate leader in search of a receptionist. This is an onsite position.

Receptionist responsibilities will include:
- Responding to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor with a strong, professional customer service orientation.
- Solving problems in standard situations.
- Providing administrative support to a department or office location.
- Providing support for reception and guest services, mail services, phone, meeting rooms and location services.
- Receiving and directing incoming calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail.
- Greeting and announces clients, applicants, and visitors.
- Following security procedures for recording guests, suppliers, and other visitors.
- Issuing visitor passes and validates parking. Assists with scheduling and preparing meeting and conference rooms.
- Coordinating setup of conference/meetings rooms.
- Arranging for and reserving projectors and other meeting equipment, ensuring equipment is in good operating condition.
- Arranging video and/or web conferencing as needed.
- Coordinating catering for meetings and events.
- Maintains neat appearance reception area, conference rooms café and other common areas.
- Maintains records and logs of service requests and tracks their status.
- Maintains a file of services including transportation sources, accommodations, and referral contacts.
- Arranging convenience/hospitality services for guests such as transportation, tickets, reservations, etc.
Receptionist background should include:
- High School Diploma / GED and 3 year’s of related experience
- MS Office Suite (Intermediate)
