Maintenance Personnel position will be responsible for:
Performing general repairs that do not require a specialized technician.
Sweeping, switching out light bulbs
Cleaning and assisting with upkeep of the facilities
Maintaining basics of the building
Performing cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping etc.
Performing minor fixes such as repairing broken lock
Maintenance Personnel background should include:
High School Diploma / GED
2 years of experience
Physical Requirements include:
Prolonged periods standing and walking.
Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
