Financial Additions has a great opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant for an onsite position in north Dallas. The EA will support multiple executives and work closely with the board of directors.
Responsibilites include:
Manage travel and meeting logisitcs including agendas, attendee invites, documents/materials, meals, for all executives.
Submit expense reports.
Review and approve invoices.
Create confidential correspondence and documents, as directed.
Assist with regulatory reporting
Act as gatekeeper to protect calendars/schedules.
Qualifications include:
5+ years of experience supporting C-level suite.
Tech-savvy and strong proficiency using Microsoft Office. Experience using Open Voice or BoardVantage a plus
Professiional demeanor in all areas - especially commuincation and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with highly confidential materials and maintaining confidentiality.
