Job Description


Financial Addtions has a great Accounts Receivable posiiton in Addison.  This is onsite, 37.5 hours per week, with a familly-friendly 7:30am-4pm schedule Mon-Th and 7:30am-3pm on Fridays!  This position also has growth potential.  Medical, Dental and Vision insurance premiums are paid 100% by employer AND they offer a generous pension plan!  Small office with awesome co-workers and leadership!  

Duties include:
  • Process and reconcile incoming employer contributions, including posting checks and wire transfers
  • Review, verify, and post employer remittance reports 
  • Scan checks and confirm bank submissions; balance and reconcile daily deposits 
  • Draft and issue discrepancy notices, delinquency letters, interest charge letters, and follow-up correspondence
  • Research and resolve contribution reporting discrepancies and errors
  • Collaborate to resolve audit-related inquiries
  • Perform general office duties and maintain accurate filing systems

Qualifications include:
  • 2- 3 years' experience in accounts receivable, billing, payment posting, or a related field
  • Strong data entry skills with 10-key by touch
  • Proficient in basic accounting and mathematics
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, and uploads)
  • Ability to edit and compile PDFs in Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Tech savvy and can learn new software easily
  • Professional, dependable, and service-oriented
  • High school diplonma - some college a plus
