Contracts Administrator

Financial Additions has partnered with a global company in search of a Contract Administrator.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develops basic procurement strategies and participates in the supplier selection process.
  • Supports and coordinates cost proposals and pricing activities, including price negotiation, in conjunction with multiple departments 
  • Ensures processes are in place to properly receive products and/or services in support of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
  • Reviews basic contract and contract modification requirements and ensures contracts system compliance, performing ongoing audits of contract documents.
  • Partner with contracts team to ensure compliance with contract systems, and assist in completing system compliance contract administration functions.
  •   Participates in development and implementation of compliance corrective action plans.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in contract administration and procure to pay.
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel.
