Job Description
Financial Additions is searching for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist for a great HYBRID, contract-to-hire position in Los Colinas. Company is growing and ready to add to their AR/Credit team! Responsibilities include:
Send customer statements and make collection calls as needed
Assist with month-end activities and year-end close process
Cash Receipts Application
Lien Notice of Intent Administration
Customer account reconciliation and update customer information as needed
Collect and maintain sales tax exemption certificates
Assistance with Billing /Accounts Payable as requested
Qualifications include:
3+ years of full cycle AR including including cash application, collections, and account reconciliations
Proficiency using Microsoft Excel
Experience using Great Plains a plus
Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Positive attitude, detailed, with excellent organizational skills
