Financial Additions is searching for a sharp AP Inquiry specialist with 1099 and SAP experience for long-term contract position at an energy company in north Dallas. This is an onsite role working in a fast-paced department.
Responsibilities Include:
Research and resolve high volume inquires from phone, fax, emails in a timely manner
Provide excellent customer service and have strong "people skills"
Statement reconciliation
Assist with vendor setup and maintenance
Process 1099's
Support processing teams as needed
Work closely with other departments/divisions to maintain and increase process efficiency
Requirements:
2 years' experience working as an AP Specialist (including 1099 processing)
SAP and Remedy knowledge preferred
Strong Accounts Payable processing background (PO and Non-PO)
