Job Description

Financial Additions is seeking a temp-to-hire  Accounts Payable Analyst  for an established energy company in Dallas.   This will be a HYBRID position, after in-office training is complete.   While basic knowledge of accounts payable is required, having a positive attitude and a willingness to be trained (and to ask questions) are just as important, as does being a good fit for their company culture.  

Responsibilities include:
  • Process invoices 
  • Handle vendor set up and inquiries 
  • Weekly check runs
  • Account reconciliations
Qualifications include:
  • 1+ year in an accounts payable, or accounting assistant position, or a recent student or graduate who has taken accounting classes
  • MS Office proficiency, including basic Excel knowledge
  • Willingness and desire to learn new software and accounting skills
  • Great attitude, professional demeanor, dependable
