Financial Additions has an opportunity for an experienced accounting manager in Irving - company will consider a driect-hire employee or a long-term consultant. Hybrid after training. GREAT company and leadership.
Responsibilities include:
Manage the day-to-day accounting functions
Work closely with general and regional managers to align financial operations with organizational goals.
Prepare detailed financial reports, including variance analysis, to support decision-making.
Assist in managing SOX compliance and external financial audits.
Oversee the preparation and submission of sales tax reports.
Review all accounts payable batches and postings to ensure accuracy.
Prepare and file union registers, and ensure timely payment of union dues.
Qualifications include:
3+ years experience in accounting manager or controller-level role
Sage Intact or MAS500 highly preferred
Strong leadership skills and supervisory experience
