Job Description

Financial Additions has partnered with a distribution company in search of an AR Analyst. This role is remote and requires staff to work M-F/8-5 EST.
This role will be contract for 6 months before it will convert to a permanent role.

Position will be responsible for:  
  • Assist in releasing pending orders that are within approval perimeters, includes working minimum of one late date a week.
  • Review credit limit on accounts for increase consideration based on payment record.
  • Notify the manager of negative payment patterns.
  • Provide updates on accounts to Collections Manager, Operations and Sales as needed.
  • Facilitate and/or attend conference calls specific to collection activity on client accounts.
Background should include:
  • 2+ years of full cycle AR experience
  • Must have strong MS Excel skills
  • SAP is highly preferred.
