Job Description


Financial Additions is searching for an Accounts Payable/Vendor Compliance Specialist with strong 1099 experience for a position near Coppell, TX.  This is a hybrid role (4 days in office, 1 day remote).  Experience using WORKDAY is required.  Quick interview and hire!

Responsibilities include:
  • Set up new vendors and validate TIN numbers
  • Ensure compliance with IRS 1099 regulations and deadlines
  • Confirming ACH banking information for the vendor   
  • Track 1099-eligible payments throughout the year
  • Prepare, reconcile, and file annual 1099 forms (NEC/MISC)

Qualifications include:
  • 2+ years in AP role setting up vendors (some as 1099)
  • Good communication skills and comfortable talking with vendors over the phone
  • Solid experience using Workday
  • High school diploma a must; some college a plus
